To my dearest cousin, I never knew you even though we were only a seas apart, but every word I heard spoken of you was a good one. I know that you had your battles in life but managed to remain smiling while you fought on. I remember many years ago you visited Ireland but you were definitely a mans man so hanging with the girls was a thing. Me, Lucille and Kisma were definitely outnumbered by you boys! Back than it felt you were much older than me but now I realise we are only 3 years apart. My only memory from that time is us all being amazed how the water just ran off your hair. I think we sprinkled it so many times just to watch it roll away. You grew up and had your own family as did I and we never saw each other again.I just want you to know Emile, that even though you were rarely in my thoughts for all those years, you will be in my prayers until the end of my time on this earth and I will hold on to that precious memory of the water running down your hair! May God grant you the highest tier of heaven, and may you rest in peace forever. From your cousin. Leila.❤️
